WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?

You can pay either with a credit card, through Paypal or by bank transfer. Follow the instructions after placing your order and if you have any doubts or problems, write us at pedidos@babyshower.es.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?

Let us know by sending an email to pedidos@babyshower.es, often times the product is available even if the stock says zero, because we have not had time to update it.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA?

We handle these shipments through regular mail because of the added specifications they entail. If you would like more information please write us at pedidos@babyshower.es

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times depend on the items chosen and how much personalization they need. We process all orders with maximum expediency, and if possible always within a three week period. For most products we can give you an estimated date of delivery, so you can have an idea of how long it takes for us to produce and send your items. If an item does not specify a delivery time it means you should receive it in less than 2 weeks. You must bear in mind that we will not be able to send your order until we have received all your products.
